  : would have liked clearer information about how to get to places. it took me a while to find the quickest way to the beach. also difficult to understand the shuttle service. shuttle service limited but helpful driver.

  : Really nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is great, shallow area for kids, plenty of sunbeds and a snack bar, all set in beautiful gardens. The pool water is thermal so you have to wear a swim hat but that's not a problem. Easily purchased at reception. We had some delicious food at the snack bar, gnocchi and bruschetta.We liked the indoor thermal pool too, lovely and relaxing on a rainy day that we had! Breakfast was always plentiful with a large selection of foods, we loved the cakes! I would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.
  : Nothing! Was really happy and would stay again.Would only say, be prepared to walk quite a bit, but there's plenty of buses and the hotel offer a shuttle service but we didn't use it and were happy to walk into town/beach/bus stop.

  : Check out too early at 10 am - rather mean and unusual in Italy, where its usually 11 am or midday. At breakfast there were lots of signs telling people not to take any food away, while in the outside seating area signs tell us that consuming any food or drink not bought in the hotel in is strictly forbidden by the direction ( I think they mean the management!)
