  : The territory is green and well maintained. The views and location is perfect
  : The breakfast os very poor. I was missing more fruits and variety of non-pastry such as omelette, vegetables, oatmeal. I think it is necessary to improve the breakfast to meet the 4 star quality.

  : Mattress so so hard I couldnt sleep - our travel partners had the same issue! Did request a change but could not be facilitated sadly. Breakfast a little limited

  : The pools are exceptional, especially the heated mineral pool. The landscaping is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The decor of the room was very pleasing but the functionality needs tweaking. We greatly enjoyed the view from the terrace. The staff at the Reception Desk welcomed us with traditional Italian hospitality, especially Mario, a charming gentleman who said he was sad to see us go. He also ended our stay on a high note by booking a tuk-tuk to take us back to the hydrofoil which was so much fun.
  : The lighting in our newly renovated room resembled two small spaceships with windows that allowed blinding white light to escape. It is impossible to turn off the "spotlight portion" of these blinding white lights because that caused all the lights in the room to turn off. We were reduced to covering these spaceships with the Do Not Disturb sign and it still leaked through! The air conditioning was also impossible to adjust and we resorted to turning it off for our entire stay.
