  : The kids enjoyed the pool, we tried to stay away from the hotel most of the time because the room was so bad.
  : When we arrived for check-in the code we were given to unlock the room did not work. After contacting someone from Vacasa, we were instructed that we had to wait on someone from the island to come unlock the door for us. We immediately felt like something wasnt right and insisted on a refund then, but they informed us it wasnt an option. After entering, we found a stuffed horse in the main bedroom with a note that said DO NOT TOUCH contaminated with ANTHRAX!, there were blood, vomit and urine stains on the main bedroom mattress pad, the ceiling in the bathroom leaked randomly, roaches in the kitchen area, floors were unkept, just overall unsanitary and disgusting. They were kind enough to give us $200 back towards our stay, though we asked for a full refund. This ruined our vacation and we were forced to stay there because we thought we had to stay or be out the $600. We just tried to make the best of a bad situation. Never again.

  : The location was great. The pools, and hot tubs were in great condition and clean. the parking facilities were nice and clean.
  : We were told that there was a couch bed. When we pulled it out, it was broken and unusable. There was only 1 small thin blanket. We were told that there were sleeping arrangements for 5 people. We had to go buy an air matress as well as 3 more blankets and 2 pillow cases at Walmart. When we stripped the sheets off the bed to leave, we noticed that the matress was severly stained with what looked like urine. WE SLEPT ON A URINE STAINED MATRESS!! No remedy was taken through the vacasa people. We had to deal with it.

  : The pools and the closeness to the ocean.
  : The front door of our unit was totally broke. Looked like it was kicked in. The patiodoor would not close all the way. Also there was no oven.

  : it was walking distance to the beach. that's where we planned to spend most of our time. really close to Walmart... very convenient.
  : the elevator was sketchy. the numbers for the floors didn't work. the telephone box was half hanging on. I only took the elevator if really necessary and that was inconvenient. The place was very outdated. For the price, I overlooked that. However, the couch was not in any kind of condition for sitting on..definitely could not sleep on it. we had to put the mattress on the floor. The bed in the bedroom was the loudest bed I've encountered to date. the nightstands that are attached to the wall.. slant down. don't use those to put anything on if you don't intend it to be on the floor. Biggest complaint.... office staff was very unfriendly, and that was sadly the first person we encountered on our vacation there. Off-putting to say the least.

  : No closet space. Chest of drawers and rolled up mattress in the closet. Couldn't hang clothes

  : The seasonal pool was heated. It was roomy for the three of us. We used the fireplace to take the chill off in the evening. Lots of parking close to the room. They accommodated an early check in which was very nice.
  : Dishwasher didn't work. Different codes to get into different gates.
