Beachside Get-Away with Two Pools

  : The location was excellent. The fold-out bed was brand new. When we requested sheets for the fold out bed they were delivered very quickly. The AC was very frosty. Couch is very comfortable for sitting and sleeping on the fold-out bed.
  : There were dirty dishes in the sink. The coffee pot had to be cleaned. The shower dripped into the tub continuously. A short in the light by the upper bunk, the light would not go off. The mattress on the bed in the bedroom was uncomfortable, very thin. It generally is a little run-down. Very small TV.

  : We didn't like the dirty sheets the roaches and the AC will not go lower than 73, there was no extra bags for trash cans, also there was no trash can inside a restroom and bathtub would not drain properly

  : I liked that it was very close to the beach and the Pier.
  : I didn’t like that the room. Lots of problems including, the bathroom ceiling leaked, bedchamber and headboard was broken to the point where the headboard came off the wall and we had to put it back on, underneath the bed and couch was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned under for several stays, property owner didn’t accommodate the issues or acknowledge them at all when I mentioned there was several problems with the room.

  : It was across from beach.
  : Leak in bathroom that was not fixed even after several calls. Was very dirty no make ready done at all. No towels, sheets nothing. Had to request several times. Son left boots in room called same evening when we got home had someone to go by and get and nothing. Have called for days to be told nothing was in room when only hours after leaving they were there. They have thieves working there and management that can care less or maybe its the owner that does not care. So, horrible room over priced and 200.00 boots stolen. I will never suggest this owner or company after this loss.

  : The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed is very old and flat; very uncomfortable We had reservations for room 3129 and at the last min they emailed me at 4:11pm to notify me that our room was changed to 3130 and we were trying to get into 3129 all those minutes until I went into my emails to find out they moved us.Then I had to text them to get the pass code for keyI plan to come back so I hope I dont get this kind of service again.

  : The staff was very friendly and it was right across from the beach.
  : The bed was lumpy and the A/C run off was in the shower along with a metal ceiling panel and dripped water on us and outside the tub while showering. The A/C was set at 63° when we got there but it didn't cool lower than 70°.

  : Location good. Front desk was friendly.
  : The front desk is only here to charge you $30.00 for resort fees. They no nothing about your stay. Not enough chairs at the pool.Not enough towels in the condo. I asked by email and they told me to check drawers & cabinet. No Towels.Bath tub is yellow, rusty, dirty and drips.Balcony needs to be cleaned.Freezer need to be defrosted.Not enough parking.There needs to be someone on the property to help with these things. Extra towels, coffee and condiments.
