  : When we first arrived had to call cause desk didn't have our reservation,that was paid for a week prior.The room smelled horrible ,of mildew(think it was the couch) ,husband and son got stuck in elevator,emergency phone in elevator ,didn't work,luckly they had a cell,l called the fire department because the property wasnt doing anything.Who then got them out.I call front the desk, when I ask who was responsible they said they couldn't give that that information..they acted like it happens all the time.

  : Bed was comfortable, linens were clean.
  : Was d in dis repair and very dirty.The AC was also very loud and made it hard to sleep.Tv remotes didn't work, coffee table had a leg broken off, mirror wall in dinning room was cracked and held together by duck tape.Visible mold in shower including curtain,smelled bad.couldnt even sit on couch it was so bad..

  : Collecting the key was easy but locating to condo was difficult. No signs and one vague map made it really difficult. Plus the elevators were broken so we took the stairs and doing so with kids and luggage was difficult at times

  : Well it was not the Four Seasons but it was a decent place
  : When you call to pay for the deposit they need for parking they can take a credit card over the phone it would help instead of having an employee this 500 miles away from his office pay out of his pocket

  : location was right across the street from the beach. View of the beach from the room/balcony.
  : Mold was throughout the unit. Bedroom wall covered in dirt/mold. Bathroom tub was filthy and had mold, shower curtain covered in mold. Air vents covered in mold. Grease on tile wall @ stove. Patio furniture broken. Gross stain on bed comforter. Sheet torn on bunk bed. Broken wall mirror in dining area taped with Duct Tape. Additional $25 to park car. Check in at 4:00 pm -- check out at 10 am. Still recovering from reaction to mold.
