Newly Listed Seaside Retreat with 2 Pools

  : The pool was clean and the staff was friendly.
  : To start, I wasn't notified of which unit nor how to get keys until 2:47 pm the day of check in (which was 4 pm). Very bad experience in getting information from Booking.com or management company. I was not informed that I would have to pay for parking, nor that there was only a limit of 2 vehicles until that time. The elevator to our unit did not work and we stayed on 3rd floor. It was very difficult to unlock the door because the key wouldn't turn. At times, we would be at the door for 20 minutes trying to enter the unit. It was advertised as a two bedroom condo but was only 1 bedroom. It had built in bunk beds in the entry hall (this in no way constitutes a 2nd bedroom). The condo was in horrible disrepair and filthy, having been charged $85.00 for cleaning, I would expect to be in a clean unit. Dust was caked on the ceiling fans, light fixtures, smoke detectors and walls. The frig had peeling paint and rust, the ceiling fans were very noisy and wobbly (unusable), counter tops were badly scratched, only 1 plate,(advertised as having dinnerware), sliding glass door hard to close and falling apart, bathroom door was deteriorated, loose and cracked tiles in kitchen, a tear in the bench seat. There wasn't housekeeping service during our stay, yet we were not provided with a broom or mop to clean up after ourselves during our stay. We were only provided with 3 towels for 6 people and there were no linens pillows for the pull out sofa. Another issue was that the community rules provided to us were not in compliance with the HOA rules according to residents and security officers we spoke to re: smoking on property. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR BOOKING.COM.

  : My second day at the property the water was cut off for about two hrs or so we couldn’t use the bathroom of brush our teeth then I called and asked the host two times for towels both times she said she was going to bring them up that was the second day 3rd day still no towels and it was something that looked like mold by the AC vent
