  : Comfortable, have a nice sea view, and have dominones
  : the hot water in the shower get cold faster, the apartment located in the 5th floor (make us exhausted everytime we arrived, although good for work out).

  : Very helpful and kind owner who drove us from and to the airport. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator but with a beautiful sea view. Great location close to many restaurants and shops.

  : Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops and currency exchange, very friendly hosts, the reception with two cold beers, the permission to be late after check-out hour, very well equipped kitchen, the ceiling fan in the bedroom, the air conditioning which is a real summer blessing.
  : There is no harmony in the interior design of the apartment, only functionality (it is a mixture of colors, old and new furniture), more attention should be paid to cleanliness, the bathroom is small, crowded and often with bad smells from the sink. The location is hard to find without the help of the host, the mess around the building, there is no guarantee of a free parking space, the lack of an elevator that makes very uncomfortable to go up and down the four floors on hot summer days. It is far from the center of Durrs and the Vollga Promenade.

  : Location is ok but easy bus service makes up for not been close to the main town which is closer to the port. Quiet Safe Secure Area. Beach is 2 min walk. Hot Showers. Good internet. Local Bus stops not far from the apartment. If arriving from Tirana they will take you directly to the main bus stop. From here get off look at the main road go right and there is a bus stop there that you can get to the apartment. Cost is 40LEK. You can walk it but first time would recommend getting the bus due to the roundabout is a bit tricky which way to go when you get there. Locals very happy to help you get on and off the right bus. Very Easy to collect keys from the owner. Friendly and very helpful owners. Happy to answer extra questions. Well equipped kitchen but see below. Washing Machine is a bonus. Plenty of room to hang clothes once washed and pegs supplied. Bed is comfortable and extra blankets supplied. Nice large apartment and you feel you have some space to move around in. Owner also helped with bag which was a lovely thing to do. Tea Towels also supplied for use in the kitchen.
  : Air Conditioner at the property did not work. Were advised by owner to use another remote at property but still did not work. Apartment is on the 4th Floor and there is no elevator at the premises but this is noted on the advertisement for the property. No Electric Kettle but coffee machine is supplied and no oven at the property as per booking inclusions. Thought would mention it as we wanted to do some of our own cooking. There is only a cook top. Cash only on arrival. We felt too far away from the main port area where all the shops and tourist things are to see but it is close to the beach. Buses make up for the distance and easy to find and get on and off.
