: The apartment itself is clean, cozy, with a nice and modern design, nice view to the sea.So if you like Durres, is a very good choise.
: The apartment is perfect, the building is not ok. First of all because of the entrance which is creepy. Second because of the cheep albanian way of constructing, which make this lovely apartment an incofortable one because of the unapropriate way of isolating the building (thermal and sound insulation doesn't exist). So we couldn't sleep because it was too hot and too nosy. Fortunately they have a/c units in each rooms, for those who can sleep with them on function. The beach is close to the apartment, but so crowdy that we didn't even visit.So, it's not the host's fault, is Durres which will not be a next destination for me.Otherwise, Albania is a lovely country, with amazing beaches and lovely waters on Sarande Riviera wich it will be on my holidays list from now.

: Very good location ,few steps from the beach and tha mall street . Restaurants,shops absolutly close. The owner is very kind and helpful . There was parking place too.The apartment is perfect for holiday long or short stay. Not the newest but very clean and well equipment.The only problem is that the soundproofing is not good.If you are sensitive to noise l dont recommend.Everything else is perfect and therefore excellent for the money.
