  : Location was central and close to the beach. A lot of stores around. Host was Nice but not very communicating when I was asking by sms for repair wifi. Well equipped kitchen.
  : Wifi was not working properly. A little far from the center of the city. Dusty neighborhood. A lot of constructions around.

  : The rented studio was close to all local amenities and bus stops. Property clean and tidy, lovely huge bed :) The nearby beach is not perfect, the prettier part is a little further. In any case, a nice stay. I have had a good time in Durres. The hosts, Ilda and Rafal are friendly and helpful :) Thank you :)
  : The yard, reaching the premises can look a bit uninteresting, because homeless, barking dogs, but not harmful: P Coutain at bathroom should be much longer, as after shower, floor is flooded :P Small technical problems, generally not important: P

  : The room was very clean, and the beach, shops, and bus stop were within walking distance. There were plenty of cafes and bars in the surrounding area.
  : The wifi did not want to connect for hours on end. The bathroom fixtures are in need of an update. The garden was nowhere to be found. The area was noisy and cold at night. When we arrived we couldn't find the property.

  : Good value close to the beach but not on it. Air worked well. Large bed. Owners were very helpful. Supplied a hot plate when asked.
  : Better for a short stay. Beach not great close to the apartment - better down a ways. A bit of a walk from town center. Very bright at night because the curtains are pretty shear. Not well-equipped for a long stay.

  : great location (beaches, bars, restaurants, shops are close), air-conditioning, large and comfortable bed, good communication with the host (the phone number given on booking.com is not available though), a nice place to stay if you only need a cheap apartment for sleeping
  : difficult parking, very poor wifi, non-hygienic bathroom (eg. mold on the ceiling), poorly equipped kitchen (eg. few plates, cups and instead of a cooktop there's a portable gas-ring under the sink), we had to buy toilet paper, some dogs live loose at the entrance of the building

  : close to the sea indeed! despite not having a kitchen, we went picknicken on the beach at sunset. the woman whos cleaning the rooms and welcomed us was very sweet.
  : the place is very hard to find - the address on the booking confirmation is different from the directions on booking.com and it was a struggle to find it. the phone number also doesnt work. I thought there was a kitchen on the pictures when I booked the room but there wasnt.

  : Hosts were extremely flexible and open for my requests; I made mistake in booking dates but they didn't make a fuss about it and made me correct them easily. Also, they allowed me to leave the luggage few hours after check-out so I could use that departure day for the beach time as well. Therefore, I am very grateful to them! Overall, the great value for money and well positioned, neither far away from the city center nor from the rest of Golem.
