  : The location was really centric and easy to access from the city center. 3 kms only from the main bus terminal. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were good. The spa center comes with a lot of facilities. The room was good in size, with a sofa and a double bed. You get a boiler, hair dryer, table, chairs,Tv, etc. You wont find any things missing there. The breakfast was good with a lot of options to choose from. You can get to Durres by public transport also from here, there is a nearby bus stop. Lot of popular restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious seafood for dinner.
  : The bathroom has no lock available. Not every room has a balcony. The private beach is kind of a misleading one. It is indeed decorated as private one, but it was available to everyone. Also the beach doesn't have any sand there. Instead m, they constructed a platform on top of the beach and provided stairs to get into the sea. And the floor of the sea was filled with pebbles, which could be painful if you misfoot on one of them. This was a major drawback to me.

  : The restaurant served good food, breakfast was great.
  : Shower did not work. They took forever to resolve the issue when I had to force them to switch us to another room which electricity went out. The gym had no air conditioning or ventilation, it felt like a sauna in there. The staffs were not friendly. The towels are yellowish. Overall this is not a 5-star level of service or quality. I felt the online reviews & pictures are such a scam!!!!

  : The staff were friendly and service was excellent.
  : I felt rushed at breakfast, this is the only hotel I have ever encountered that charges extra, depending on how you like your egg's. Charging for car parking is ridiculous for a out of city hotel

  : The rooms were nice, spacious and clean, the beds - comfy. We also liked the breakfast and the spa.
  : The rusty railing of the balcony really does not do honour to a five star hotel. Compared to other hotels in Albania, this one seemed a bit overpriced for the quality.

  : Great location, the seaside is particularly good for young kids. The room is very clean with nice sea view.
  : The facility is a bit stale, though this has been reflected to the price, which is fair.

  : Stuff managed to fix breakfast to take with us because we were leaving earlier that breakfast time starts.
  : Like everything. Rooms smells old and moldy. Mold and rust in the bathroom (5 star hotel???) SPA didnt look any fresh either. Stuff at the bar was bragging for tips. Couldnt sleep whole night because of save box was making noise and sound isolation is horrible
