  : recently travelled here as part of a hen party, the house is so much bigger than it looks on the picture and a bonus that each bedroom has its own en suite. the living area was a great size for everyone to sit together.the car park next to the property providing off street and easy access parking was great! fans providing in every room including the living roomall rooms including the en suites very cleanirons and ironing board providedall round great stay and would stay again!
  : i would say the kitchen is too small for a house of 10 as you can only get about 2-3 people in the kitchen at a time. this was fine for us as we werent cooking but could be an issue if people wanted to cook.there are also not enough glasses and mugs in the cupboard for the amount of people - miss match wine glasses and only 6 mugsin the dining area there are only 8 seats at the table, this was fine for us as there was only 8 of us but if you had 10 people filling the house to full occupancy, this could be an issue.i also think some of the windows were really hard to open and understand how to open them with them being an old coach house. i think maybe instructions would be beneficial it was a pain that you had to exit the car park via the car gate using a code and then use a different code to get into the foot gate to the property, there is not a gate that goes direct from the car park to the front door.

  : Very clean and spacious, lovley touch with complimentary milk and coffee/tea. Customer service was excellent. House is very big, rooms are spacious. Everything you need.
  : The road noise was excessive so many loud cars wheelspining and racing around. Very dangerous for children if they went outside to the shop.

  : Door entry codes that were tricky but staff were on site to help out very quickly. Everything was really clean and good quality beds and bedding, showers and furniture, all rooms were similar which was great and all en suite which was a bonus. Crockery and cutlery were great quality and the welcome pack came in really handy. So suitable that we are already considering returning next year.
  : Nothing major wrong with the property just a couple of minor points. We were only a group of six but if all rooms were fully occupied there would not have been enough dining chairs. Would have liked rubbish bins to be marked up for recycling. There was no local information folders with take away menus or local things to do. Otherwise everything was of a really high standard.

  : The location was easy to access and felt secure. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. We bumped into a staff member when trying to get in who was very helpful and showed us how to use the door codes. The accommodation left us with welcome items such as milk, cereal, teas and coffees and toiletries.
  : The only slight issue was that a couple of the shower trays werent draining very well but with having en-suites in each room, it wasnt a huge issue.

  : Welcome pack. Comfy beds. Cleanliness. Ensuite bedrooms. Spacious and very conveniently situated for the city centre.
  : Just small niggling things...no tea towels, no teapot, only 3 dishwasher tablets for four nights, finding the apartment after parking ( you need to go back out of the carparking gates, turn right and enter new code to get in the gate to the house and then code again to open the door!) One reception/ dining room . Pleased we only had 6 in our party.
