  : The restaurant attached, Amad was very good to eat there, as the Indian food was excellent.The restaurant and reception, very nice and welcoming.Close to city centre so plenty of places to eat and drink.95% of the staff polite and courteous. Always 1 not.
  : Rooms a bit dated, windows won't close and restaurant fumes blew into the bedroom, shower and bath you have to mess with to get to work correctly. Many guests causing noise by banging doors, screaming upto the early hours, hearing conversations as walls very thin. And staff don't do anything about it. Lift broken and needs to be in a museum.Breakfast not good on 1st day as only few guests, but did get better over the stay. Limited choice of breakfast. To

  : The lobby and restaurant were nice, as were the extremely friendly and helpful staff.
  : The pictures and commentary shown in the app would have you believe the hotel had been refurbished, but our rooms most definitely were not. They felt more than a little tired and worn out. Despite turning off the radiators in our rooms and opening the windows, the rooms were seriously uncomfortably sweltering, although the weather was pretty mild.The shower in my son's room was unusable as the temperature of the water was either freezing cold or scalding hot, no matter how carefully it was adjusted. The shower cubicle in my room was missing the sliding doors, which had been replaced with a shower curtain. The shower head popped off on the last morning, rendering my shower unusable. There were no sockets near the bed for charging my phone either.The cooked breakfast was microscopic, although there was a generous selection of pastries and cereals. The car park was the same as most inner town / city car parks - ridiculously narrow spaces, leaving virtually no room to get in and out - we left with a couple of new multicolour 'badges' on our car doors.
