  : Ideally situated for ease of access to the city centre and various food outlets.The apartment is well layed out to suit a small family or two couples.Tea, coffee, milk etc provided ready for our arrival. The apartment contained all the items required for a short stay.Secure gated parking available.
  : Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but still fully functional.

  : The second room was very small. It had a wardrobe thematic blocked the path to the bed

  : Easy self check-in. Very clean on arrival. Comfortable sofa. Excellent information booklet. Breakfast items and milk very much appreciated, as were bathroom items.
  : Broken shelves in fridge, also missing a box. Mattresses on bed to soft for our liking, could do with changing in our opinion. Fridge quiet loud. No chopping board or bread knife.

  : Spacious 2 bedroom apartments, with good facilities! Comfortable beds and nice welcome pack. Shower had good power too.
  : Not good lighting above any of the mirrors! Women thing!!

  : We stay here every time were in Derby, Good location, Have everything you need, Milk & bottled water provided as well as cereal.
  : We stayed in apartment 15 this time on the top floor so it had low ceilings, my partner is 6ft 3 so he did bang his head a few times.Other than that we love it here and will continue to come back.More instructions regarding the dishwasher would be advantageous as they havent worked in both apartments now for us personally due to needing dishwasher salts which we didnt have (I dont have a dishwasher so havent a clue)
