  : The Staff at The resort was awesome, Indy helped us find a hose so we could wash our motorcycles , front desk was always very pleasant! tiki bar was nice to have on site . Hotel was very clean as was the room !!
  : The AC in the room did a weak job at keeping the roomComfortable, we had to keep the curtain drawn all day , missing the view . We bought a fan to help circulate the air . We called the management company and they were going to send someone by and we don’t know if they came or not - temperature in the roomNever seemed any cooler .

  : Staying in room 809 was fine the room was cool and all. The staff and the bar was great. Great pools. Very clean.
  : I had to wash my own towels and and take out my own trash. I had to wash hotel towels and pay to wash them which was ridiculously high. And the drier didn’t even work I paid $4 to dry towels twice that I still had to take back to the room at 11 at night to hang to dry which never ended up happening. Then having to take our own trash out on vacation sucked. The hotel is nice but don’t go the cheaper route with the privately own room. Pay the extra and not worry about the little things like that.

  : That I got accused of taking beach towels that where not In the room asked for pic of unit 809 before I got there and to see where they where supposedly and. Nothing!! left towels in bathroom floor that where dirty and not stained like they said called property owner to see what was going on and was told she was keeping my deposit for towels I didn’t see or get and stained towels that where not stained just dirty left on the floor so why do you have housekeeping to clean nothing very rude never going back!!! I guess any excuse to keep your deposit money!!!

  : Breakfast was great, pools were awesome!
  : Neighbors smoking drifting in our room. Mattresses are super old. No screen door to keep open, deck is very little. You can only stand out there and the view is from the side so you see ocean and the streets and stores. We had to buy toilet paper once the roll ran out, and bring own towels because resort does not give them to you in this suite. I had never had this happen before so I was unprepared. Also there is no house keeping. We had to buy garbage bags and bring out the trash.

  : The room was very nice. We enjoyed that we had an ocean view and the fact that our toddler could enjoy the kid pool and the ocean was so close. Great location
  : I was unaware of this room being a private room so we had no room services for the week and had to make time to clean our own towels and bedding
