  : I loved the beach location, the pools and hot tubs, bar. All very nice to use and get to. Overall these areas were kept decently clean. Plenty of staff checking on everything and cleaning up. Room was as pictured. I liked that there was some basic needs there to use. The beach view from the room was beautiful. Overall this is a decent place to stay considering the amenities you get.
  : I didn’t like that the ac unit didn’t really work. The extra fan was a necessity since it was so hot but a few nights like this left me restless and sticky from being hot. We really were unhappy about this as it kind of ruined the trip for us. Bad sleep made the days hard in the sun with two kids. I feel the beds were terrible to sleep in too as they were hard but had deep grooves my infant son sank in the bed. A little updating would go a long way.

  : Outside area was nice.
  : Dirty unit. Smelled like mildew, a floor fan was going when we got there so I'm sure someone knew it smelled bad. Supposed to be non smoking room yet there were cigarette burns in the comforter. Door jams covered with thick dust. Air vents covered in dust. Tub wouldn't drain, took overnight for it to completely drain. The "contact" person didn't answer her phone all weekend. Company rep offered to "do something" once the weekend was over, haven't heard from them and I sent plenty of pics of what I mentioned.

  : didn’t feel “clean” very stuffy, SUPER small balcony, same soap dispenser used for every guest which was gross to me. The beds, floors, and bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. will book at this location again just not a private owned room!

  : The location and the room were awsome. The beds very comfortable. Over all a great place to stay.
  : There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. There was a wet dirty rag in the kitchen floor and one wet hand towel in the kitchen cabinet. There was not an oven and the coffee pot was broken. There were no coffee cups to use. The kitchen could be better equipped. I would check in on whomever cleans for the owner, they could do better.
