  : took forever to check in as the systems were down and were unable to use all the amenities even though they didnt close until 11. the rooms had garbage under the bed

  : The unit was OK overall, we had a problem with the AC on the first day, but it got better, it still did not cool off as good as expected, but it was better than day 1. The location was good, but there is not much to do around in a walking distance, specially if you are travelling with a kid.
  : They will say to you that the outside and indoor pools reopened, but what they do not tell you is that the property closes the pool basically every day, so you end up having nothing to do in the hotel. I stayed there for 6 days, and 4 (and a half) of those days the pools were closed. My family and I were very disappointed, we had to rent a car to be able to go places because there was absolutely nothing to do there. The owners offered us credit to stay with them again outside of the booking website but honestly I just do not trust it anymore.

  : The hotel itself is badly in need of upgrades, new paint/carpets and elevator maintenance. Everything outside of our hotel room seemed like a cheap motel.
