  : Things I love about the place: Breakfasts were amazing, we had several options to pick. Attention, breakfasts are served at the St. Marks Restaurant nearby, so you better ask for instructions at the reception. Stuff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. They speak English quite good. Some of them have strong accent but that was not a problem for me as soon as my native language is similar. They were able to provide us a room one hour earlier check in time. . The location of the apartments is perfect. There is a tram line and a bus stop nearby. Loud noises from the road can be a problem for a sensitive sleeper, but I sleep like a log and have no complains.
  : However we revealed some downsides at this place. The day we arrived the reception desk started working at 11.00 although they promised to be opened at 7.00. Our plan was to leave heavy backpacks and explore the city until the check in time. No one met us at 7.00 and nobody picked up the phone so we stranded in the middle of the city with our backpacks in the early morning. We missed breakfast at the first morning because nobody gave us any instructions. Luckily, we weren't charged for that breakfast. The condition of the apartments is much worse than in the photo. Our room had a broken window, a broken chair leg, and worst of all, the drainage system in the shower was worn out and was leaking under the carpet. The smell was terrible and the windows wouldn't open. We were optimistic and simply tried to spend as much time as possible outside the room, but it can be a real pain in the neck.
