  : Owner very responsive. Convenient self check-in and check-out. Good location, building entrance somewhat rundown.
  : Strong smell of sewer, fixed after two attempts, in two days. "Happens when it rains, given the old building and ground floor." Remaining smell of cigarette. Ashtray below non-smoking sign sends ambiguous signal. Cash payment requested upon departure, no credit card option, settled on a bank transfer.

  : The location was the only good thing
  : I dont even know where to start....First of all, it is not a studio. It is just a room in one 3 rooms apartment. A very small room2nd - the towels and the sheets were dirty. 3rd - the cups provided for coffee were dirty (seems like cleaning lady cleans only "where the mother in law see"...as we say in our country)4th - the privacy for the toilet is zero, as the bathroom is made inside the room, with the walls from glass5th - the isolation of the bathroom is not well done and all the moister goes into the room (not even the fan was not working)6th - because of the moister...was mold in the bathroom and in the room (we had to sleep with the window open....at temperatures less than 9C) and because of allergy that i have, my nose was blocked all the time. A wall full of mild was covered with a piece of wood (that look like a dresser with no access) just to hide the mold....BUT YOU COULD SMELL IT IN THE AIR7th - as the mold was not enough for my allergy, the headboard of the bed was full of dust (as i said before...seems like the cleaning lady was very lazy)8th - the famous garden.....it is just the back of the building. When we wanted to smoke, we were just jumping out on the window (as it was at the ground foor)9th - doeasnt have a small refrigerator. Ok, you dont go in vacation to eat in the room but if you want a cold beverage.....badluck10th - in the list of rules, was writen that the sheets will be changed after 3 days....we stayed more and no one came to change them. In plus, i wonder with what they will change them? With another dirty sheets?I can understand that we dont talk about 5 stars hotel but so many bad things....and seems like these issues exist for more than 1 year and the owner doesnt take any measure to correct the situation
