  : Very good location.
  : Wasn't as nice as the pictures. The building and apartment seemed very old. Satin sheets were not comfortable to sleep in. We missed basic stuff in the kitchen, such as knives, there were only one wine glass, stuff like that. Only possible to pay cash. Elevator not working.

  : Great location, very nice comfy apartment. Much better value than hotel room.
  : Constant noise from the traffic, but that is understandable given the location. Mosquito nets would be nice to have.

  : The host was very kinda and extremely accommodating, allowing me to check in early. I needed help with the washing machine and he replied quick and solved my problem right away. He seems like a very genuine person! The apartment is in a great location right across from the parliament building and a short walk to the pedestrian quarter and fortress as well as to the many shops and restaurants in Vraar. There are 2 super fantastic bakeries right on the block as well as bars and cafes though nighttime was quiet. I felt very secure here as the door has a multi-lock mechanism. The AC works great, too.
  : The bed is a little old and springy. Kitchen could use a few more utensils and dish rags for drying. The hot water never worked in the kitchen sink, so I had to boil some in the kettle to rinse my dishes with. The shower is also very very small and so might be challenging if you are of a larger build or have mobility problems.

  : Nothing, i do not like soviet era housing
  : Old and uncofertable bad from the soviet era, with matching linens.Not enouth hot water for a normal shower, and shower hose is broken and leaking.Sticky floor, and there is a hole in the floor infront of the bathroom entrenc you can trip on.Air conditiner remote does not work, you can turn on air condition with a button on the wall unit, but can not set temperture as you like.Internet does not work. And to top it all, at check-in i informed of my arrivel time, but still the guy was not there, i had to wait 30 for him to come after i called them and said i am at the door.I susspect they write their own reviews somehow, as they take payment by cash only.Do yourself a favour look for a different place

  : Location in the first place, second it was really clean, matches the pictures and expectations and communication with host was easy.
  : The host can consider offering some basics such as coffee, tea and toiletries.

  : I know the city well so I chose it for its proximity to my friend who was a 2 min walk away. Easy access to the rest of the city. A lift to the 5th floor is handy if you have luggage. The apartment is spacious enough for a couple. There is a full kitchen but utensils were lacking somewhat if you wanted to prepare a meal ie drying towel and oven gloves. The balcony could do with a chair and a small table to enjoy the view.
