  : There wasnt a shower in our room, just a bath. The shared facilities are quite tired and old, a little musty.

  : Where it was situated for getting into Bath breakfast was very good. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk in room.
  : The threadbare carpet in our toom THE JANE AUSTEN SUITE. Dust on the posts now the four poster bed. Feather duvet was way too hot. The mattress caused you to roll into the middle of the bed. And the pillows were way to soft. It was mot very well geared up for people with disabilities like us, example to get up the uneven pathway to the front door there was no rsil to hold onto. Was not very impressed with rooms armchair in room was dirty and stained

  : Lovely location and features. Room was incredible although a little shabby in parts (but added to old charm to be honest) Shower very good. Kerb appeal is very high! Breakfast was gorgeous (really good pre ordering so it came very promptly) staff were polite and friendly, and obliging.

  : Free parking and the traditional style of building was really nice. Was easy to book and accommodate a group of 6
  : Difficult having a shower in one room as the shower head wouldnt clip on due to limited ceiling but as its an older building so understandable

  : I was given early check in at no extra cost and was able to leave my car all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good
  : I found it difficult to make contact prior to arrival, I kept getting automated responses to my emails, however I did manage to make contact eventually by phone and then staff were most helpful.
