  : The upstairs was decorated nicely and we appreciated the snacks and tea/coffee/milk provided.
  : The downstairs area was incredibly damp - you could smell it from the stairs and feel it in the towels/bed linen. So bad we were unable to sleep down there at all. The bedroom window was unopenable and the wall fan filthy and noisy. The bathroom floor was permanently wet due to a leaking radiator. We had to sleep separately on the pull out bed and sofa upstairs. The pull out bed was not comfortable as the mattress was very old/worn and you could feel every spring. One of the bedside lights was faulty and flickered constantly (lucky neither of us are epileptic!) and the kitchen window would only stay propped by something. The small portable fan provided was broken and held together by string - I managed to fix it, and thank goodness I did because we had to keep it on all night due to the dampness.There is no sharp knife for if we had wanted to cook anything and no dishwasher tablets either so we had to leave our dirty crockery in the dishwasher - presumably the guests before also had this issue as there were dirty plates/cutlery in the dishwasher.We both suffer from mild asthma and left feeling extremely wheezy thanks to the damp. We barely slept due to the dampness, saggy, uncomfortable mattress and sofa that wasn't really for sleeping on. As this was the start of a few days away for my 40th birthday, it was most disappointing and not at all value for money. We would like to request at least a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.Edit to respond to owners comments:We did not get in touch as we both experience social anxiety and did not want a confrontation. We just wanted to leave ASAP.We paid 98, not 77 and even if it was the cheapest room in Bath, is not value for money for 2 hours sleep in a damp room and an aggravation of asthma.Respectfully, there is definitely damp throughout the entire downstairs. It is extremely noticeable both in the air and in the soft furnishings.

  : This apartment (flat 2) smelt very musty with a good amount of bleach in the bathroom to mask the smell. The apartments could do with a very inclusive deep clean the coffee machine for example was full of old coffee grounds and the dishwasher smelt like someone had stored milk in it.

  : Cute, cozy apartment in a good location. Very thoughtful hostess left pastries, cereals and milk.
  : The shower was not enclosed, hence a lot of water gets on the floor, and there was no bath mat or even an extra towel.The downstairs seemed a bit musty/damp.

  : Very thoughtful of hosts to have added breakfast basket. There were also tea bags sugar and coffee. No milk was understandable.
  : TV position is in odd corner and hinge bracket broken and is hanging.. we couldnt get it working. Towels bed covers were clean but felt bit old and worn. Hand wash not provided. Shower gel could have been replenished. Dish washing liquid was running out.

  : Beautifully decorated with lots of personal touches. I loved the colourful artwork and decorative lighting. There was also a food basket full of goodies for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Great kitchen facilities. Location just outside of the main city centre with good bus links. There was a supermarket round the corner.
  : Sound of traffic was very loud even at night

  : The flat was very cosy and comfortable beds, there was 3 of us but plenty of room for 4 even though cosy, better than a family hotel room. The food basket is a good idea, if you are travelling for 1 or 2 days with just a small bag you don't want to carry food and stuff with you and saves you wasting time at the supermarket buying stuff if you only have a short time. Thanks very much, an enjoyable stay and would recommend.
  : The shower screen was leaking and water flooded the bathroom floor while showering. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't appear to be working, the bedroom one was working fine.
