  : The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortableThe hosts were right above could hear them walking around all day and night Wood lice infestation!Mold and mil-drew on the blinds in bedroomHave to walk through a dark alley to access property not ideal for lone femalesLimited provisions. Extra charges incurred due to using dressing gowns that should be disposed of Cobwebs just above the bed Carpet was very dirty I.e long hairs and dust.No Vodafone mobile phone signal what so ever unless connected to WIFI which disconnected as you went downstairs to the bedroom (not my phone I have a brand new iPhone 11)I thanked the host for my stay and also cleaned the property prior to leaving.

  : Great location, lovely accommodation that is perfect for a couple, clean, cozy, very helpful host. Quirky but in an attractive way. Lots of facilities within a compact space-everything you could ever need.
  : Due to it being a period property that has been converted, the noise levels between you and other guests in above accommodation is not great. There is an outdoor spiral staircase that serves them and is adjacent to your bedroom.

  : What really spoilt it for us was the cellar bedroom which had a very musky damp smell and feel to it. Also the only means of ventilation was to open the door which wasnt ideal.Resulting in us having to leave the property a day early as it made us feel unwell,sleeping in that room.However the rest of the property was of a good standard.

  : Quiet, tucked away place. Clean but with character. Comfy bed and sofa, fresh towels and bedding, pint of milk in the fridge, tea coffee. Maybe a little superfluous these days but there IS. DVD Player which isn't mentioned in the blurb (a bonus for a 20th century person like me). Excellent communication from the host - clear and friendly.
  : Only drawback is the alleyway to get to the property - may put some off, but it makes for a secluded stay in an otherwise busy part of town.

  : Spotless, cosy and very welcoming! Karen was a fantastic host, spot on communication and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay! The location whilst not suitable for anyone with mobility issues was a stone's throw from the city centre! Nicely tucked away so felt very private! Had all the amenities you'd ever need for a short or long stay. The property is very nicely and professionally presented, was sparkling clean and very comfortable! The host was very quick to respond with every enquiry and was very patient when I had some initial complications when trying to book! Bath itself is picturesque and relaxing and this property is perfectly situated so you can enjoy everything to it's fullest!
