  : Location, close to town, car parking available at Morrison's (200 meters away) at a daily rate of 11.00
  : We stayed in this property during the UK August 2023 Summer Bank Holiday for 2 days. The boiler was not working, no heating or hot water at the time when we needed the most. The owner later sent an engineer to fix it but it was too late. The following morning, the boiler was not working again. Also, Teflon saucepans in the cupboards were having heavy scratch marks. When I complained about it, the property owner's reply was; "One of the saucepans had scratch marks on the base of the pan where a previous guest has clearly scrubbed it a bit too hard! I fail to see why this would be a health issue." None of those pans (see the attached photo) should be kept in the property as scratched Teflon coating can lead to serious cancer issues. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this property.

  : The location was great. The welcome food basket was much appreciated.
  : Both beds were broken on arrival and whilst I was able to fix one, the other couldn't be fixed. I contacted the owner who came next day to temporarily fix it for our remaining night.The level of communication before and during our stay was poor. I had several questions prior to our arrival that went unanswered.

  : Email received giving info regarding keysafe, parking, all about Bath etc and contact number before arrival. Breakfast basket was overflowing with goodies. Location absolutely great, only a short walk into Bath. Freezer completely frozen up so not able to use but ate out then used Deliveroo. Used 24 hr parking in Morrison's for 15 (dropped off our cases first) and did a quick shop before walking back to the apartment. Beds extremely comfy. Will book again
  : Took a while to get the knack of the key to the apartment. It kept going round and round before finally 'catching'. Had to ring owner when trying to get in at 10pm as someone had put lock down on Yale on front door into the house.Thankfully she didn't have to come out as managed to get the attention of someone staying in neighbouring apartment to open door. Freezer completely clogged with ice so couldn't store anything . Shower head needs a clean but I believe it's a hard water area so explains buildup.

  : We had a great time. The breakfast was lovely and there was so much. The location was perfect and we all had a wonderful time. Bath christmas market was great and just a short walk away. We couldn't have asked for better. Thank you

  : The amenities and the overall place. It is very comfortable for the price being offered, very accommodating staff and the apartment is just close to the town.

  : The owner is nice and responsive. They leave a welcoming brekkie basket which is very nice of them. The apartment is in a great location, about 15/20mins walks to the town centre. We parked in Morrisons for the duration of our stay, which is only a short walk from the apartment. Theres a lovely pub just next door to the apartment, delicious food and very welcoming.
  : Ive visited and stayed in Bath before, so was excited to visit again. I was expecting this apartment to be quirky, cosy and clean. This apartment could be a really nice place to stay, and Id stay again, but only if the owner fixed it up. First impression it looks good on the surface, but a closer look and it needs a lot of TLC and refurbishing. It needs a deep clean, there was cob webs, built up dust, in the shower/WC and in the bedroom rooms. The larger bedroom room had dust along the wall and on the bed frame where the bed was against. Unfortunately I have allergies so this caused me to have problems whilst our stay. Theres also a slight tint of damp musty smell in this room. That could be because its an old property though. The sofa bed and beds all need to be changed. There far gone, lumpy and very uncomfortable to sleep/sit on. Doesnt matter how many duvets to pile on top, its not comfortable. Unfortunately no-one slept well during our stay, this was due to the beds, flat pillows and the traffic noise. The appliances in the kitchen also need to be fixed or replaced, the oven has missing knobs. The freezer is broken with a smashed front door. Its a shame as it could be a really nice place stay.
