  : Had a lovely stay in your apartment , we ate out so only had breakfast and cups of tea . Everything we would have needed if cooking was available . Very quiet and ground floor was ideal as we are older generation and one with slight mobility issues at times
  : Toilet seat was loose and bathroom si k was very slow draining which caused a problem as one of our party has dementia and had left the tap running and when we returned had cause a flood even though no ug was used in the sink . I did let your office know by phone and we dried up as much as possible with towel the popped them in the machine to rinse as we had no soap powder with us . We also get a close eye on the bathroom tap after he used the bathroom to make sure we had no more problems . If back at Ayr I'm sure we would use your flat again
