  : Washing machine broke twice, no hot water on arrival, ripped duvet cover, hairs in bath, dirty washing machine liquid holder. No oven gloves cafetiere. Under investment.

  : Lovely, secure location. Roomy apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Good WiFi. Plenty of wardrobe space. Very clean and nicely decorated. Two bathrooms, which is handy for a family. Excellent instructions before and during our stay.
  : Light bulb in utility area wasn't working and no clothes horse for drying clothes. I think it would benefit from a side table and an extra comfy seat in the lounge. There was a stain on the rug/ carpet. No big deal though.

  : Good size Nice to have two bathrooms Towels and bedding cleanNice and quiet Booking and checking in trouble free very helpful when we called regarding the heating being too warm dealt with instantly
  : This property on first glance looks lovely its once in you realise it really needs some tlc Whilst what Im about to write didnt spoil our stay it was a tad disappointing and a bit shocked that its let out with out being checked a bit more carefully The entrance to the main room and one bedroom the carpet isnt under the runner (you can actually see the underlay) and that is a trip hazzard thats also the same where the lino meets the carpet in the living area I actually caught my foot in it and tripped head first into the seating area The toilet seat is loose in the bathroom The light above sink in en-suite doesnt work The table is so wobbly you have a job to eat at it and the chairs all need the screws tightening up as theyre wobbly as well The window in the bedroom is loose so when you open it it moves in the frame The cupboard door in the kitchen needs the screws tightening its dropped so doesnt shut properly Theres a grim looking stain on the arm chair and several more on the rug In the pictures it looks like the bedrooms have lamps theres one in one room none in the other only light switch over by the door One window sill very dirty as is top of the fridge The walls in several areas are either dirty or the paints missing All of these things could be easily rectified hence why Ive been honest and mentioned them because its letting down an otherwise nice apartment Which we enjoyed our stay In
