  : Comfortable beds, comfortable living room space, easy to access parking - it was an OK stay though. Well equipped kitchen too:)
  : Location was not great, run down part of town. Hard to sleep because of the noise that seagulls make - cant fault the apartment for that - just the area. Missing small items like garbage bags, matches for the cooker. It was also not perfectly clean sadly.

  : The properly was secure, clean, very comfortable, and we had a great stay. The beds were so comfortable, and we enjoyed the smart tv, which meant we could watch Netflix, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery, etc The kitchen also has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. The addition of washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen towel, was a good addition. When we were asked if there was anything to improve our first impressions at checkin, we advised that it would have been good to have dishwasher tablets. Amy was on the phone within 30 mins, and had them delivered. Great service!!
  : We had to call the staff about an issue with the boiler - but it really wasnt a problem, as April was super helpful, and ended up sending maintenance to us, and resolved the issue. Thanks loads.

  : Very loud Seagulls nesting nearby, skwalking 24hrs!!Busy carpark!Lighting on the stairwell wasn't working, which wasn't good late at night or early hours of the morning.

  : The flat was spacious,clean and with a well equipped kitchen. The TV and WiFi services were also good.The area was quiet and well located within walking distance to all the local amenities.
  : The matress was too soft for my husband.There was no dressing table or mirror in the bedrooms to do your hair/make-up.

  : The apartment was in need of lick of paint it was clean but there were quite a few scuffs and dirty marks on the paintwork

  : Spare rubbish bag stank of cigarettes.On 5th floor, no lift, heavy bags. Very expensive.

  : so spacious, very comfortable, lovely beds and only a 10 minute walk from the town
  : just a couple of small things, it could have been a bit cleaner eg there was grease all over cupboard fronts in kitchen.
