  : The location was perfect, close to Ayr beach. The apartment was comfortable for a family of 4. It was spacious and love the interior styling. Detailed instructions for parking and where to get the keys was provided. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
  : The footsteps we hear from the top floor neighbours at night can be annoying, the cricking sound of the floor as we walk in the apartment was not nice. The door lock to the bathroom in the ensuite bedroom was faulty, had difficulty using the toilet at night. Lack of basic supplies in the kitchen like pizza cutter, salt and pepper, baking paper, foil paper and only one bin bag was provided for a 4 night stay with a family of 4, which I thought was so miserly. The washing liquid in the kitchen and the shower cream provided was not sufficient. Only one person can use it for only 2 time shower. The broadband was very slow, we couldn't watch Netflix properly, as it kept showing network error in between a movie, we had to switch off the broadband to let it reboot several times. Management will need to invest in a good broadband, as it took forever to log on to work from my laptop. Won't recommend if you want to work remotely.

  : The size of the apartment it was larger than most. The location to the town and beach is excellent
  : Not enough utensils in the kitchen and no Instructions what to do with the rubbish.one of the kitchen chairs broke but was not replaced after the broken one was removed.

  : Beautiful apartment - great communications and instructions throughout. Lovely location a stonesthrow from the beach and with parking right at the door. Would definitely visit and use this or another Donnini property

  : kept getting phone calls from the owners, I wouldnt have reported it if they didnt call but not enough side plates, bowls & cutlery for the 5of us even tho the apartment sleeps 6 Even tho I reported it when they called we still didnt get any more / couldnt eat together..

  : The location was great for the beach and surrounding area.The apartment was clean and spacious, with most things supplied for our short stay.
  : Maintenance is an issue.Most of the windows were very stiff or inoperable. The window in the second bedroom was stuck open because the lock had broken. Hole in the bath panel and some mould around the showers. Decking on the balcony completely rotten.

  : Wasn't happy with the stay the apartment was great but a lot of banging from upstairs and group of drunk women outside we were a in fear and alarm. I'm either wanting a refund or another apartment to stay at for free.. we've all suffered from previous domestic abuse and my little girl was terrified
