: Location is good. You are one block away from a tram line that takes you to the city center in 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with a few restaurant and cafe options nearby. My room had a great view to some mountains and an interior courtyard which was super quiet, perfect for resting and taking it slow on mornings or evenings if need be.The staff was accomodating the day I departed, as I needed to leave my luggage and come back in between, so this was very appreciated.
: The check-in instructions were not perfect, as the breakfast hours are different on Sundays but they didn't mention this, so I missed my breakfast by a few minutes and the cooking staff did not welcome me (very strict timelines, so be aware).Bathroom had a very noisy fan which turned on along with the light, and off automatically after 10 minutes which was very long and not great if you are a light sleeper and need to go to the bathroom well into the night. Another problem is that the bathroom smelled bad when the fan was not turned on, very disappointing. There was no soap to wash your hands, so I had to take some from the shower dispenser instead. The bathroom was very small I found. The room furniture was basic (though functional).Overall, I felt the accomodation was expensive for what it is, though perhaps that is the nature of Zurich in general.

: Breakfast offerings were good, and breakfast room was nice.
: Elevator was very small, only large enough for two people with luggage.toilet seat was loose or brokenVery small bathroom with no room to set a toilet kit by the sinkRoom had a double bed but I requested a queen bedonly a desk chair available, and room was very small and plainBooking.com kept changing my room request to "2 adults and a child", when all i wanted was "two adults". I thought I'd canceled the booking when i realized Booking. com had changed the request to a 3 person room so then I asked my wife to try to do the reservation for 2 people. She succeeded. When I arrived at the hotel, they had two reservations for us and so we have been charged for two reservations when we only needed and only used one reservation.

: I only stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was more than adequate for my needs. The location is good, in a quiet area which is easily accessible from the Hauptbahnhof. There are a number of restaurants within easy reach. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
  : Nothing.

  : Central location
: Cold and unfriendly staff - we didn't even get a welcome greeting upon arrival.Someone in the hotel was playing loud bass music until 3am, which was very unpleasant. When speaking to the staff about it, they were not very interested and didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything to make up for it
