  : Dear Park Hyatt Zurich,I am very disappointed with our stay at your hotel from July 5th to July 8th, 2024, in Room 321. As a regular Hyatt guest, I expected much better service, especially for $1100 per night. The concierge service was terrible. Julian, the concierge, did not inform us promptly that our car booking was not possible, leaving us stranded.Helen, a staff member, was rude to my wife in the gym over a paper cup. Despite my wife's calm response, Helen was confrontational and dismissive. Room service was poor. We had to call multiple times over three days to get basic items like cutlery, and each time we faced long waits. When we checked out at 11 am on July 8th, the manager showed no concern about our issues, simply saying, "it's fine."The fact that the manager didnt care was no surprise as it shows why the staff also didnt care. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Hyatt hotel. The service was unacceptable, and I don't think your hotel is worth even $100. I will not return to Park Hyatt Zurich even if im offered for free. I hope the service improves for other customers with my statements.Please respond promptly with the steps you will take to fix these issues.Rishi Jain

  : Terrible concierge service.  The Guest Experience Manager was only words no actions. Felt so unwanted that decided to leave the hotel a day early from my checkout . For a 1.000 € euro a night hotel the experience was terrible . Should definitely not sell this hotel as luxury . It does not provide excellence nor does it provide good value . I asked the concierge to help mw with some SwissRail tickets and advice . And  was told to go visit the ticket office at Zürich Hauptbahnhofb instead . Called the reception from the train and asked for the concierge to help me with some information.  I was told he was busy and would get back to me. Left my phone number.  Never received the call. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Extremely disappointed in Booking.com for there customer service.

  : Room was spacious. All hotel staff was very helpful and cordial. Ms. Muse and Mr. Alex at the front office were most helpful and responsive to our needs. Ms. Alpiger - Manager Guest Experience gave excellent recommendations to our queries. Mr. Jorge Cruz in charge of baggage handling always had a smile and was most efficient and attentive. Location of the hotel is convenient both for sightseeing and shopping.
  : Due to buildings all around the hotel, there is no view out of the window. Housekeeping was not consistent.
