  : Noisy doors and rooms were not sound proof. No microwave in the room. Almost see through glass doors of the washrooms and sliding doors don’t even close fully.

  : Place was very clean, and right next to a tram stop. The quality of the hotel and the price point was very reasonable, which is hard to find in one of the most expensive cities in the world.
  : They cancelled our booking without notifying us, and we were left without at hotel room a midnight. My partner and I could not find a hotel room, and had to sleep at the airport. The staff was respectful, but incredibly unhelpful and seemingly felt no obligation to remediate the issue.We booked the reservation after our flight was re-booked and, according to the Booking.com reservation, were told to make sure we checked in before midnight at the hotel. We arrived at around 11:40PM and were told that they cancelled our reservation and gave our room to someone else. We tried to scramble online for a hotel room, but by that time of the night, there was nothing available.The staff explained that they had cancelled our room because we did not provide any payment information to the hotel. Not only is that a terrible reason to silently cancel a booking, we have an electronic record of providing our credit card information. According to this website, our booking is registered as "Complete" even though a.) we never got our hotel room, b.) we never received any notification that our booking was cancelled, and c.) we were told by the hotel staff far too late, at midnight, when any and every hotel in Zurich we contacted could not provide a room.I can't stress this enough; this was one of the worst travel experiences of my life, which was a direct result of our room being cancelled without being notified, even though our booking is listed as "completed".
