  : Just outside of the city centre, within walking distance. Free parking space included. Easy self check-in. Staff easily contacted after a small issue with the shower, quick response an problem was resolved!

  : Bed was super comfy, whole apartment was clean and well maintained. TV even offered Netflix. Host was very responsive when messaging, meaning communication was quick, friendly and excellent; they answered all my questions prior to and during my stay. They provided extra bin bags when I told them there weren't any extra ones. They have installed blinds on the windows of the attic so the brightness is no longer an issue as stated in older reviews. The living area was bigger than expected from pictures (for the 5 people apartment with teal décor, grey sofas)
  : Located right next to a primary school, so gets a bit noisy during weekdays when kids are being dropped off/break times/ PE sessions. But that's not host's fault. It's a good location considering you are walking distance from the city centre. The 2 sofas can only fit 4 people (when there were 5 of us), meaning one person had to sit on the floor or on the high stools. Toilet seat is slightly smaller than the toilet itself, so there's a minor 1cm rim of the toilet sticking out. Not a big deal, but also not great when sharing with guys. There is no freezer.

  : Good location with reasonable walk into town. Very comfy beds and very clean.
  : no tea towels, oven gloves or kitchen roll which would have been useful. didn’t get the code for the keys in an email (or not clearly stated), took a while for someone to answer the phone.

  : Basement flat that does not come with sparking space that is not notified to you after booking whereas advert says it has parking. Also security light outside is so bright it makes it like daytime inside at midnight whereas as it is the basement it is not that bright in the middle of the day!

  : Location was great. No noise issues, quiet inside. Lovely bath and shower. Plenty of space as it was a three floor apartment. Very happy with everything.
