  : Love location and keep coming back. Glad staff lit fireplace in main lobby and had fire lit in small lounge on way to dining. Nice to have cold water and coffee in lobby. Friendly staff.
  : Pneumatic nail gun construction noise right outside our room from afternoon arrival till at least 6pm when we left to get away. It began again just after 8 AM. Deeply disappointing when we came for rest and had no warning of construction.

  : The facility and the location is great. Weve been there many times and enjoyed the stay there over the past years. Since the ownership has changed and the old staff gone the service has deteriorated except the staff at the gift shop. They did not greet us at the front desk when we walked in even when we said hello, two young women were too busy talking to each other and didnt want to be bothered by us. We dont think we are going back there again. We werent treated that rude when we traveled in Europe or Asian countries. What we like about the hotel after ownership change was the renovation of the bathroom and texts they sent us asking how our stay is.
  : Front desk staff. Two young women were too busy talking to each other and made us feel we were inconveniencing them and their rude attitude. We checked us in online and there werent much for them to do other than giving us room keys.

  : The entire setting is gorgeous
  : You should remove the step up bathtub. Its too dangerous. At least for now install grab bars.

  : The front desk is not adequately staffed to take care of guests. We never could get help by calling the hotel either on our way there or from our room. Dining room is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We ended up driving to Winthrop for dinner.

  : Property was very nice. We love the rugged cabin feel. The room was very nice, bed comfy and the balcony is a plus.
  : There are 2 separate buildings so if youre elderly or have heavy luggage it helps to know the detached building is 2 floors without elevators.

  : The location was absolutely stunning! The front desk staff during the evening was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very inviting nice and cozy with a big fire burning.
  : The room didnt appear to be vacuumed, and there was just a lot of dated dingy busted items in the room. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, which didnt make me feel very safe the air vent looks like it was about to fall on our heads, and the lampshades were so old and warped and cracking and pieces of them falling onto the counter. We were told that the hot tub would be available at 9 AM and they didnt open the gate until 10 AM.
