  : The location is hard to beat on that beautiful river and just a few minutes walk to all the cafes and shops.
  : The breakfast was meager and didn’t open until well after 8:30 or even 9.

  : Location was very good. Quiet but close to town.
  : - Right after I booked the lodge for two rooms, non-refundable, I received an email that I had to Check-in. When I did so I was required to send an image of my drivers licence, which I didn't think was reasonable to have to do online instead of in-person at the property. - overpriced for quite a pokey room. - told breakfast would not be available till 0900. Way too late. Other guests pounded on the door which resulted in breakfast available at 0830. - the quilted blanket on the bed was very old and worn. - I repeatedly tried to phone the property but nobody would pick up.

  : The breakfast was disappointing. Had to wait a long time for coffee & pancake batter. Syrup was empty. Cream cheese was moldy.

  : The proximity to town was great. There was plenty of parking and the check in/out process was easy. Overall the hotel was quiet and the concept of being on the river is charming.
  : I just didn't find the value there, for almost $300 per night with tax. Certain things felt tired. The lamp shades were falling off, the laminate had previous water damage, the floor was mopped but debris missed in areas or tracked in, the mattresses felt worn out (could feel the springs), and there was pink mold on the shower curtain. And since the window curtains didn't cover the windows fully, it was rough putting a 5 year old to bed with bright light shining though, and she woke up early at 5am because it was bright. We didn't take advantage of any breakfast at the hotel since it didn't start until 8:30am and we were up early. The hotel was fine for the night and I could probably look past some things, but I just didn't feel that it was worth the price.

  : We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast as it wasn't served until 8:30 and we needed to leave before then. That was disappointing as the included breakfast was one of the reasons we picked the hotel.
  : The timing could have been a lot better. We travel a lot and have never had to wait until 8:30 for breakfast.
