  : Excellent accommodation, very good size, very modern and exceptionally clean. Great location with good access to ambleside, bowness and windermere. Owner left wine and chocolates which was a nice welcome treat and even dog treats. We used the choices health club which is included in the stay (not mentioned before booking) really nice pool with spa facilities definitely worth a trip.
  : Site facilities are not great, bins overflowing, no access to the children's park as under construction and no health and safety to stop kids from accessing. Did not use the pool. Visited the onsite restaurant however was so busy could not get seated. It is very small for the amount of caravans. People were arriving from 4.30pm for the 7pm show just to secure a table. Some coats hooks at the door would be good and somewhere to put boots/shoes etc Overall great accommodation just disappointing site facilities however did not spoil our stay as we had not planned to use them much, undecided if I would visit again.
