: P & O apartments are advertised on booking.com to look very nice with clean, safe and modern foyers and lifts and location but is 100% not. The complex looks like housing commission and was a hostel. The staff were very good with contacting us prior to paying and once we paid we never heard from them again. The address which is advertised on booking.com is the wrong address, they sent us to number 47 NOT 16. On Booking.com they have a photo of a museum which is the view and that view is not correct and is down the road. It was an absolute HOLE. Even when we arrived at 8.45pm at night with 3 YOUNG children they were still cleaning the apartment. I felt it was so unsafe I barracaded the front door with a lounge. We asked if we could leave and get a refund as the location was unsafe and horrible for my children. You could hear people yelling in the hostel. We left the next day as we had nowhere to sleep that night... And after telling them all of this they have played dumb and have not contacted us since. How can booking.com help us get out money back? We had to spend more money on new expensive accommodation which was across the road for the remaining two nights.

: Overall nice apartment
: We booked a different apartment online and got the keys to a different one but on the same street.It says that you can get a parking space for extra charge but when I collected the keys they told me to park on the street which was unfortunate because we were looking for a place with the parking spot as we had a van. I have asked for the parking space while booking the place but all I got was 'we will update nearer the time'... so we could book something else at the end as we had to park 15min away from the apartment. Bad smell in the bathroom.
