: The location is excelent! Appartament it self is good space and easy to live with.
: The deposit situation I really hated. I use booking for the convinience and easy to use expieriance, but after booking and paying my booking fee, I needed to pay extra deposit via services I dont know and trust, some kind of money transfer that is not connected with booking.com. I really hated that extra step. Also, It says on they profile that they have parking, because we travel with car parking was one of my search filters, when we booked I asked them what about parking, and they just reply "we dont have parking" I showed where on thy profile says that day do, and they just replayed with copy message: "we dont have parking" The whole custumer service was really poor aswell. I will not stay here again because of theese reasons.

: Very good location, everything is within walking distance.
: The photos submitted to Booking.com are a collage of several apartments. In reality, the photos do not correspond to the fact.The apartment is in dire need of repair, everything is very worn, kitchen utensils are missing, it is not very clean.Of course, since the apartment is in a busy area, the noise at night disturbs sleep. Insulation is poor.The lock of the apartment is very inconvenient, a woman would not be able to open it without her husband's help.

: The apartment was large and sunny. Though it was located on the very busy street, it was extremely quiet all the day long. The apartment had all the needed commodities. Location was good. The main street was 2-3 mins of reach where one can find various shops and cafes.
: The apartment needs some refreshments. The curtains were torn. Also, there was a specific smell near the kitchen area.

: The flat was really spacious, clean and the location was great. One of the rooms had a really nice view to the stadium and there were a lot of nice places to visit or to eat around
: The check in was at 16h and the check out at 11h which I consider unfair. Also they ask for a cash deposit of 500 PNL that they return back within 3-7 days after the check out. All the instructions for the check in were in polish and when we arrived to the apartment it had a old door that was super hard to open. When we asked for instructions to the personal they replied after a while with a very confusing English and didn't answer our calls, we stayed around 25 min trying to open the door because we had to figure out how to open it our selfs

: they NEVER answer the telephone, even if they have 3 lines.....the heating were not going on at ANY time and it was WINTER already !! I sent them SEVERAL messages and calles, you can't really TRUST them....
