  : Exceptional apartment, in a newly built building, very safe and centrally located. Tv options meet anyones expectations. Very comfortable bed and couch. Huge bathtub. Staff responded quickly to our queries (and they were a few), they even arranged for us to leave our luggage earlier which was highly appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay.
  : No face towels provided (only bath towels), no coffee maker, no matress for the baby cot (just the standard extra thin playmat that all travel cots come with, which is impossibble for a baby to sleep in all night long). Luggage room provided, however beware, it is not in this building but at their head offices ca. 2 km away.

  : it could be equipped a little better. Also we arrived very late, the key collection is inconvenient- quite far from the apartment and it would have been great to have bread and milk in the apartment

  : its central safe modern good facilities. Office staff helpful but not checking enough apartment faults.
  : Double bed was very firm and hard we had both backpain for 5 days. The sink and bathtube was blocked from the 1st day and it was so dirty water coming out. they only bring pump to fix and staff as a lady not qualified to sort this issue they need maintenance for the apartment. The room was extremely cold and their window is broken and heating not enough for one of the room for broken window and they dont have duvet for winter it was very light for summer.

  : There is almost none kitchen equipment (no glasses, no shots glassed), missing batteries in the remotes.

  : Location is good. Beds comfortable, facility also good.
  : First problem, the host doesn't know where's parking place. 20 minutes, together we were trying to find it. Second problem - keys or lock. When we tried to lock the door's the problem begins. About 10-15 min. together with host we were trying to lock it. Somehow we locked and the host promised us to fix it or call to ask, how it's going on, but nobody calls or writes asking is everything is ok. The messenger we got only asking when we will leave. Flat's equipment is poor: no salt, sugar, kitchen cleaning staff. Even the one toilet paper for 4 persons, small peace of soup and 2 shower gel. TV console without batteries.

  : The flat is very spacious, well located, the bedrooms are extremely quiet. The kitchen facilities were good enough for preparing meal for children.
  : There was no wifi. Tried reboot routers, but without secceed. Btw both TV had no hdmi cable at all (only power cable).

  : The apartment is in a great location (walking distance to the old town and stadium if you're coming in for a game/concert), the neighborhood was very nice and modern, with a small shopping mall across the street where you can get lots of different meals or you can go to a nearby grocery store. It is nicely equipped, spacious, with a small balcony and free underground parking spot.
  : The instructions on how to find the entrance to the garage were a bit confusing since it said that the entrance was from a neighboring street, while the entrance was from the street that's in the apartment's address.
