  : I didnt like the communication withproperty manager. I gave reserved the appartment woth baby cod, but I didnt receive any confirmation or information about the baby cod. Then I send the message about that - no answer. After that again I have wrote the message two weeks before the trip - no answer. The when left only one day, I again asked about baby cod - no answer. On check-in day I didnt get any information about check-in. Only the message that they hope that the stay was good. I mean, what? We even didnt arrived. I have called to manager and asked where are all information about the check-in. Only then she managed to send it to me. When we arrived, NO BABY COD. I have called again and asked why I didnt get any information about that. We would be ordered another apartment. She just told that its not her fault, because previous visitors broke the baby cod. I said that I dont care and she had to i form us. After that she just offered to bring us the baby cod for 100pln on our leaving day when we will not need the baby cod anymore. Terrible comunication
