  : There was no possibility to stay luggage in the hotel and to take it in the evening. I had a bad walk with the luggage at the afternoon.

  : I had booked an apartment for myself, my grandson and my granddaughter expecting to have a nice place to stay, however, what I was provided with was as far from a habitable place as you could imagine. The area the apartment was in wasn't nice at all. When we got into the hallway entrance there were two doors A&B. The space was so small it looked as if it was one apartment split into two. On opening the front door we were straight into the living room. This consisted of a straight room with a table and two chairs the facing wall had a mattress for a sofa with three cushions. Behind the door, the other wall had kitchen units a cooker and a fridge. This room was too small to spend any time in relaxing. It was so small there wasn't room for a television this was in the bedroom! The bedroom had a double bed, a sofa bed and a single mattress on a piece of wood with a ladder attached. This was supposed to be a mezzanine! when getting out of the double bed you would bang your head off of the mezzanine!. I then checked the beds and was disgusted at the state of the mattress they were urine-stained. There was no way we were spending any time in this hovel. I called the number and spoke to a guy who advised there were no other options I advised him we were not staying there and we booked somewhere else. I went to the hostel the next day to speak to someone and was advised to telephone at 3 pm as there would be an English speaker available. I didn't speak to anyone and was not willing to constantly go there or call every day hoping to speak to someone. On my return, I complained to booking.com. It was agreed they would talk to the owners and ask for my refund. Two weeks -passed and I had still not heard anything so I called booking.com again to be told they had offered to refund 50% of my payment. I refused this and was told they would contact them again to ask for the other 50% to be refunded. for some reason, booking.
  : The apartment was tiny and not somewhere you could relax. The beds were unclean and urine-stained. The whole place was unsuitable for more than one person. The bedroom had a double bed a sofa bed and a piece of wood attached to the wall with a mattress on top which was supposed to be a mezzanine!
