  : WARSAW AND POLAND! As always, Warsaw is perfect, and there are no surprises, the location of the apartment is perfect, right in the center, and everything you need is there (shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, exchange offices, public transport is perfect.....) . The apartment is comfortable, the beds are of good quality, an excellent view of Warsaw from the 11th floor, parking...,in general, the apartment has everything except..., but I will mention that in another section and that is why it was given a bad rating.
  : UNPROFESSIONALISM AND SHAME! Let's go in order: 1. We did not have INTERNET in the apartment during our stay, we automatically did not have SMART TV either, which is shocking in an apartment like this, and in general in the 21st century. 2. Incredible unprofessionalism and rudeness, which I have never encountered in my life, so much that it is bizarre, and I wonder if it is possible to be at that level and survive in a business, especially this one, and in a serious country like Poland. I will give one example, from the moment we entered, as I mentioned, we did not have internet and the agency whose apartments are not able to fix the problem and provide us with internet. From the very beginning, we were in communication that was extremely amateurish and incredibly strange, the only success was when the technician came, whom I can praise on this occasion, and who only stated that there was no internet, and that the problem was in the building and not in apartment, it's the closest we've been to the internet during our entire stay. I will give another example, quite bizarre, the agency contacted us the day before the end of our stay, and on that occasion asked us if the internet technician could come tomorrow morning, that is, on the day when we have to leave the apartment, which is in 11:00, I generally have NO COMMENT, my question is, is this realistic, and is it possible!!! 2. The day before arriving at the apartment, we were informed that we would not be able to order breakfast later, which we were counting on, but in the end, it turned out to be a good thing, since the location, as I mentioned, is surrounded by bakeries and restaurants. so we found an excellent solution, about our direction! 2. In principle, the parking lot was excellent and safe, but the problem is that on the first day we received a notice from the agency that we have a certain place in the parking lot under the number...
