  : Location is perfect. Very close to my work. The young girl who is some kind of manager there, was actually really kind girl who assisted every time i asked something. like trash change, towel change, arrange of breakfast time.
  : the behaviour of other staff members was not so fine. at the last night of my stay i had an accident while i was taking a shower the glass broke in bathroom, literally exploded in pieces i thinks it was because of the temperature the water was little warmer and i took a longer shower. i did not even touched the glass its just exploded in pieces. As i had to leave the room tomorrow early in the morning i wrote to the manager immediately around 21 in the evening and explained everything and the response was - short "you have to pay 600 pln" after that message i was really confused and really upset, it was not my fault that the glass broke i had nothing to do with it and i answered i will not pay you 600 pln for something that accidentally happened and with which i had nothing to do. moreover, they did not even asked me once am i hurt or did i god hurt. that luckily did not happen i had no consequences as i was far away from that glas at the moment of breaking. i the morning the "saga" continued and employee at the front desk of the Residence was really rude, and did not wanted to take the keys of the room and told to me you have to take the keys to the owner of this accommodation. The best part is when i asked where is the owner he responded "i don't know" i just left the room keys on the front desk and took the photo from the man. it is important to note that on the date of my arrival i received the same keys from the manager at the same place. i took screenshots from the whole correspondence with the host of this residence and if booking is interesting in reading i will gladly share.
