  : We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very big, modern, we liked the bathroom especially it was a pleasure living there. View from the balcony was also amazing, we liked going out particularly at night.
  : There were a few issues with cleanliness, not a very clean button in the bathtub made us forget the idea of taking nice baths but in general, the apartment was cleaner than I expected. We had to subtract a few points from our overall rating because of one fact. The key management! It was simply horrendous experience, we arrived at night, were asked to gather keys from a vault placed on the outside of the building located 10mins away by foot. So, we arrived at the said building dragging our huge suitcase and started looking for the vault, going around the building over and over again, couldn't find it, we asked people around if they had heard of some vault, no one did. So I called the customer service which also had the same information as we had so it wasn't any help. After around 30 minutes we noticed 2 "vaults" placed under a glowing billboard, totally in the dark, so we were lucky to spot it - started looking for other hotels to stay already. Also, there was no information regarding returning keys so I had to call customer service again and it turned out that I had to put them where I got them so another 10mins, however, we noticed that those vaults were very visible during the daylight so people arriving during the day won't have any problems with fetching those keys. Note to the owner: It's the 21st century, please, don't go against the tide, I recommend trying out Nuki Smart Lock, it's not that big of an investment but changes the visitors' experience by a great measure.

  : Very good location, close to the centre, has a parking spot and is located in a nice, calm building
  : The fridge smelled like a sausage, there was no hand soap provided and the place was incredibly hot (there was no toggle to turn of the heaters), numbering on the parking was confusing (it has numbers on the bottom as well as top - they're both different), beds were also uncomfortable but that's obviously a personal opinion

  : The keys to the property were located on a small box in a random fence in a different street. The property didn't clearly indicate this and I spent one hour looking for them at night. It was outrageous I have never faced anything like this before. Booking should clearly communicate this to the property.

  : The location is great.Flat itself is also okay.
  : There is only bathtube without possibility to hang the shower head.Coffe maker without coffee.No normal cups.Cockroaches running in the kitchen.This apparment is rented not via booking.com, but via polish company and all booking.com rules does not apply. The collection of money is not via bank card. All the amount must be paid in 24h via bank transfer to their account or they are canceling your stay. The amount you will pay will be higher than written in booking.com as they added like 80 more for our stay to cover their bank taxes.Renters are sending a lot of emails and texts and half of the info about your stay is in polish.All the communucation with the owners are done via phone, no direct 24/7 help desk at site.23/7 communication is not working all the time and it takes time for them to reply and when they reply, the messages are not answering any of the questions you asked, not helpful and need so much patience.The colection of a key looks like geocathing or treasure hunting. If you are lucky, you will find it. It takes around 30min. The instructions will not be helphul as there is no safe it is just hand size lock. It is hidden under the bushes on the fence and it is really hard to see it (do not recomend searching at night).During the search of a key you will not be able to park the car as it is paid parking and it is hard to find a spot.After you will find a key, there will be next chapter of treasure hunting for the right door to enter the yard (as there is written 59a with an arrow to different direction).When you will enter the yard, there will be a lot of doors, so you have to check all the signs in polish to find needed ones as they are hidden in the other side of one of the buildings in the yard.When you will finally find the exact doors of a flat, do not be surprised that it will be impossible to unlock them as the key lock does not work even with a man power. So this part will take more that 30min to finish.
