  : Pros:location to Warsaw East Station was 10 minutes walk. Also tram 13 goes directly to hostel. The heating worked great. Kitchen is well equipped.
  : Pictures aren't reliable: inside was dirty,dark and stuffed with old spotted mattresses and other strange things. Rooms are mixed. One toilet cabin didn't close. No lockers for baggage. Thin walls, light curtains.

  : The room was very small. I was put in a room with old men and I felt afraid to fall asleep during night. The neighborhood is very far from the city center and it looks like a bad neighborhood. The kitchen was small. The staff was not friendly at all. I booked for 2 nights but I left after one and the receptionist didn't care at all. The hallway looked like a storage room If you want to have a good experience in Warsaw, I would suggest to find a better place than this hostel. I would never recommend such a place.
  : I don't have one good thing to say about this hostel. Everything was in very bad condition. The shower had a transparent door and anyone could walk in and see you naked. It doesn't look like in the pictures at all.

  : After booking the hostel, I went to the address, reception to come and show me the room, 19:00 we went in, unbelievable the assistant receptionist was sleeping in my bed, he said wait for 5 minutes and I will remove it. And inside rooms people with knives and security zero. What kind of hostel is this? photos fake rooms sucks

  : ONLY the actual bed
  : From the moment I arrived, it was an absolute disaster. I never received a key to the corresponding locker to my room/bed. I was actually placed in the wrong room (although I didn't know it at the time). I was awakened by someone at reception who accused me of NOT having a reservation even though I had a key, wifi password and had shown my passport to someone ELSE at reception. That he didn't speak to his co-worker? NOT my problem. Also? After rudely re-checking my booking reservation and realizing his error, did he apologize? No. Instead, he blamed his co-worker's lack of English for the misunderstanding. Then I let him know that I checked in with someone who spoke her native tongue, so there WAS no language barrier. There was a LAZY/UNPROFESSIONAL/DISORGANIZED barrier and issue. Men's bathroom only had ONE working toilet and it was impossible to lock the doors to the rooms, so anyone could have gone in or out of the room without notice. And the overwhelming majority of the time I was there, there was no one at reception. No one was there when I checked out either in the middle of the afternoon, so I just left my key on the desk.
