  : Nice and spacious flat in great location. Everything was clean and tidy.Parking on the street is charged by 3 pln per hour and maximum of 32 pln per day.The sofa could be more comfortable and kitchen equipment could be better. But overally very nice.

  : Exellent location.
  : No ventilation. It was very hot. No air conditioning. Even after opening all windows not enough wind gusts. Washing machine is really hard to operate, and does not rinse and is very noisy. Duiring the day you can hear the tennis playing. In the evening the street is also loud.

  : The apartment itself was not bad at all. We liked the large living room and the location. So here are three stars for that. Having said that, I would advise against renting an apartment from this company (and this unpleasant experience reinforced my belief that one should always book a place from the owner directly, not from a company that manages hundreds of properties).
  : First, check-in. Arriving late at night, we realized that the code to the key lockbox was wrong. New code sent in about 15 min after I sent them a message. Still, not a very pleasant beginning. Second, the bed sheets (and the couch, floors and towels - see pics) were dirty. It seemed like the cleaner just made the bed using the sheets from the previous guests (hair everywhere and general unfreshness). So we had to sleep in dirty sheets and wait till the next day. The following afternoon they did send some guy with the sheets, telling us that the maid will be come by shortly to change them. No apologies, no attempt to compensate somehow. We were rather wary of the cleaners ability to clean or change the sheets, so we decided to do it ourselves and informed the guy of our decision. Funny thing is that the cleaner still came by (with a rather sour attitude, like, you didnt like my cleaning, whats wrong?). Lack of proper communication within the company is evident in this example. Third, the company overcharged me by around 50 Euros. When I contacted them about this, they sent me an invoice (it took me about a week to actually get it, I had to ask for it about 5 times) with the proper amount in PLN. I inquired about the charge at my bank they stated that the charge was in RUB, even though Booking explicitly states that all charges will be made in LOCAL currency. So basically, what happened that that they charged me in Rubles, even though my card was in Euros, leading to all kinds of exchange fees. Sadly, Booking itself did little to resolve the situation, and basically sided with Renters.pl.

  : Great location, apartment was exactly like on the photos, pleasant communication with the staff.
  : The apartment was very lacking in various household items. The kitchen seemed to be equipped, but lacked very little things that you count on (and it is for these things that I book an apartment, not a hotel). For example, kitchen towels, basic stuff like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, any nice decor elements, hooks in the bathroom for towels and so on.
