  : Well thought out design, well equipped comfortable and warm. Dishwasher, good shower,Access to WIFI. Secure area for dog. Easy access to Tenby town centre, beach and local shops. Plenty of access to restaurants and cafes that are dog friendly. Welcomed with a bottle of wine, flowers, tea, coffee and milk.

  : it was decorated well and the central heating was good.
  : 1 kitchen tap was very loose and we had to get underneath the sink to tighten it up to use it2 the two frying pans were not fit for purpose, the non stick was noLonger non stick! We ended up going to a charity shop and getting our own. We left it there.3 No tin opener4 bathroom sink the original stopper was left in but didnt work. They had provided another plug. Why not get it fixed properly?!5 the sofa has had its legs removed and it was like trying to get up off the floor. Totally unacceptable for older people. 6 the bed was faulty. The edges of the divan were not level with the middle section so it constantly felt like we were falling out of bed. Our backs ached every morning.7 the microwave didnt work properly, the glass tray didnt go round and we could smell burning. We did report this and agreed we would cope without it. Suffice to say we wont we wont be going back, ever!

  : Good size, quiet location, parking space provided, dog-friendly, good shower pressure, privacy from the hosts who live next door. The place has a lot of potential.
  : Bedroom: uncomfortable and worn-out mattress, not enough storage space for clothes (tiny chest of drawers), only four hangers. Bathroom: mould in the shower, on the shower stick (we cleaned it) and around the faucet. Kitchen: broken frying pan, dirty fridge and cupboards. Living room area: uncomfortable sofa (too low). Overall: bad smell, the whole place gets stuffy very quickly. We also got rid of spiders and cobwebs.
