: Superb location. Handy for town and amenities.
: Lack of ventilation. The weather was hot and we had no windows that would open. This obviously was less than ideal. Otherwise it was superb.

: Fantastic location, opposite beach yet in the town.
: There was only one set of keys in the key safe outside. With two sets of adults coming and going it was a little inconvenient.

: The location and main living areas were exceptional, everything you needed in the kitchen was available with plenty of crockery & cutlery etc, sitting reading and looking out at the view was fabulous, having the parking permit for the North Beach Car Park was a great help
: The damp in the basement bedrooms especially the twin room, we spent a week where the sun didnt shine all week and you could feel and smell the damp in the bedrooms & the towels didnt dry in the bathrooms.Wasnt over impressed having to strip the beds and bag all the sheets and towels up on the last morning before check-out the reason given was due to Covid but strange how the draws werent checked in the bedroom before our arrival and cleared of dirty underwear and pyjamas
