  : Views from the window are exceptional. The location of the apartment is also spot on. Walking distance to everything.
  : On arrival the apartment did not meet expectations in regard to cleanliness. The standard was poor - even though additional cleaning should have been done due to covid-19. I spent the best part of the first day cleaning, hoovering and disinfecting. The kitchen cupboards still had crumbs left in them and around the sink were residues. In the lounge, there was sand and other bits on the sofas. The bathroom was particularly bad - too many things to note here (toothpaste splashes and general grime). The apartment was also very dusty, in particular the bedrooms. Also, I paid for a six bed apartment, but one bed wasnt made up (we didnt use it in the end but there was no under-occupancy discount offered). If the place had been clean, it would have been great. However, the cleanliness was terrible and the general condition of the accommodation was well below par. (Also, the wifi did not work for the most part of the week.)

  : every time you walk in through the front you see dirty tea towels on the radiator in the passage ! coffee shop door was always open blocking our way in ! nightmare when you have bags/ suitcases ! several flights of stairs not able to use handrail for three days it had been stained / varnished.. walk in to the apartment its all about the view! cleanliness was not up to standard ! dust and I mean thick dust everywhere ! carpets were rotten throughout! cobwebs on kitchen units! worktop saver had holes with what look liked rotten food in them ! bathroom floor tiles were dirty, and the fan! so much dust ! one of the double beds couldnt sleep on it made such a noise ! its a pet friendly apartment I would recommend wooden flooring as its more hygienic ! needs a deepprofessional clean asap .
