  : The location of this Willa is fine, especially if you are by car, with a car you can reach everything in 5 minutes and I was offered the parking slot in the yard (more parking is available in the street in front of the house). The room was exactly like on the photos. Besides the facilities in the room (including small kitchenette), you also get access to the shared kitchen downstairs, washing machine (free of charge including washing powder) under the stairs, place for storing ski and ski shoes, etc. which I find very good. Another advantage was that all small staff (toilet paper, washing powder, washing liquid, etc.) was enough for the whole stay (I stayed 15 days) and you do not need to waste time to buy things extra. I also got a receipt for both pre-payment and the main payment, including a small extra discount.
  : The hotel owner will watch every step of yours. He checks the stairs, shared kitchen, yard etc. regularly, which looks inadequate. The shared kitchen and stairs / entrance are shared with other guests only. Owner has his own entrance and his own kitchen, but still watches you: * He met me at the door and said that I forgot to close the window, but "he decided not to open my room for this issue". Afterwards I needed to keep the curtains closed to avoid him watching me. My windows look to the backyard, so he went there explicitly for checking them. * several time per day he checks the gas boiler and can also reduce water temperature or heating temperature without telling you anything. One time there was no water, then I find him doing something in the kitchen, but he already turned the water back on. * At New Years Eve I needed to use the oven in the shared kitchen. I was checking the oven and have "caught" the hotel owner with a flashlight (sic!) going out of the kitchen. We talked and he mentioned that I was cooking a duck. * When I arrived a little bit late (approximately at 22), he open the entrance door from inside for me (he has separate entrance into his flat, but this happened at "my" entrance), trying to pretend he wants to help. The real reason for this was that he wanted to check who is there / watch me and my son entering the house. All these "checks" are done without wearing a mask. When I ask him to increase the social distance, he rejects and says that he is 3 times vaccinated. The gas boiler is located in the shared kitchen and controlled by the room thermostat in the stairs in the corner of the second floor. So the room thermostat turns off the heating when it becomes warmer in that corner, which depends on how often people open the entrance door or room door or other random reasons. So there will be no stable temperature in your room.
