  : Its super clean, spa is beautiful. Its a place for families with younger kids. The food area feels like a cantina, could be more luxury designed. We were three friends maybe not the right place for us. But the food was amazing and really good planned.
  : The staff was so often super unfriendly. We were from Germany and most of them doesnt wanted to talk to us. I think a few words English should be a must if working with tourists. And more and more foreign people see how beautiful the mountains in Poland are. So many more to come. I wasnt allowed to take a coffee outside as I walked my dog. And I wasnt allowed to take a glass of water to my room. The lady at the door was so unfriendly and rude. Even if this is the rule which is ridiculous you can say it friendly to a guest. I stayed all over the world in different hotels and I had never a problem to get a coffee for the walk with my dog and I was allowed to take a glass to my room they wanted me to pay for the coffee whatever during normal breakfast time, paying for a coffee? What?

  : The location was fine, swimming pool with tobogane was ok
  : It was difficult to speak with anybody in english. We booked accomodation for 4 people, but room was prepared only for three. There was mess on a floor in the room, when we came.

  : The desserts were excellent, the receptionist Wiktoria was professional and helpful. However, most of the staff had limited English proficiency and were not very accommodating. The aqua zone and spa were comfortable, with an outstanding Thai massage.
  : Contrary to the luxurious appearance in the pictures, the hotel features cheap Ikea-style furniture. It would benefit from adding microwaves to rooms, especially considering its family-friendly focus.The internet connection is notably slow, making it challenging to work during vacation. Additionally, there are areas in the hotel with no connectivity at all.Daily room cleaning is not automatic, only upon request. The towel change policy in the aqua zone is inconvenient, allowing only one change per stay, resulting in the need to navigate the hotel with wet towels.The gaming zone incurs a high charge of 1.15 EURO per token, which is more expensive than the majority of EU malls gaming zones, making it seem unfair.The kids' room, contrary to its appearance in pictures, is notably smaller. Additionally there is a limited quantity of seats for parents, often requiring them to sit on the floor.Room service proved to be a complicated process, requiring multiple calls and 30 minutes to place an order. The lack of internal phones in rooms and the reliance on mobile devices for communication was inconvenient. Furthermore, the online menu had outdated meals and lower prices than you are really charged, and there is an additional cost of 30 PLN ZT (7.5 USD) for delivering orders to rooms that you should take into calculation. The dinner hours from 16:00 to 19:00 are quite specific and may not be convenient for everyone.

  : The hotel and its facilities were great, the staff nice and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and especially enjoyed the food and swimming area. The hotel is situated beautifully in the mountains and popular trails are nearby.
  : The bed in our room (C404) needs to be replaced. Although being comfy it was the noisiest bed I ever slept in. Other than that everything was fine.
