  : Location.
  : Booked dining table but was told it had not been reserved. Due to location, had to make do with room service. But food was fine. Walking out later saw restaurant was half empty. The fact they were dealing with a wedding should not impact the services to other guests.

  : Everything was excellent mostly. It was clean, very comfortable. Room was maybe a little small however for a solo traveler that did not matter too much for me. It was quiet and peaceful. Internet was good and plenty of parking. The location had easy access to everything with a car. Overall a very good choice.
  : Just a very minor observation. The breakfast was plentiful and had plenty of variety. The cooked breakfast is prepared earlier and put on hot plates which then overcook everything. Especially the eggs. As I said just a minor observation that it’s in in keeping with the excellent standards of the the rest of the hotel.

  : building is fabulous, location next to lovely places to walk, breakfast room and conservatory really nice. room was clean and bathroom was nice. spacious and good for family.
  : the decor is a little dated in the rooms and there was an old sofa that was poor quality in the room. smelt a little musty in our room too.

  : The location was prefect, the hotel from the outside looks fantastic
  : We arrived, myself plus 2 kids (7 and 9), the room was not ready, so I started pulling out the sofa bed. This was dirty. We let reception know, and they arranged to sort the sofa bed and clean it.The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my 7 year old came into the main bed (withy 9 year old). I tried the sofa bed to escape the 2 kids, but it was truly uncomfortable and wonky. The shower was disgusting, cracked tiles, and poor repairs. The soap dish was hanging off the wall.The wallpaper was also hanging off the wall.Breakfast....coffee wasn't good, food was poor, definitely not worth £12 per person.So, we all had a crappy nights sleep and had the bitter pill of paying £320 for the pleasure.Apologies for any grammatical errors, I am knackered.
